Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Creative Solutions Innovations LLC ("we", "us"), the operator of Ledger Tracker. By creating an account or using Ledger Tracker, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

Ledger Tracker is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) bookkeeping and receipt management tool. It helps you capture receipts, organize bank transactions, and prepare records for your accountant.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential.
• Providing accurate account information and keeping it up to date.
• All activity that happens under your account.
• Using the service only for lawful purposes.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Ledger Tracker offers the following monthly plans:

• Starter — $79/month
• Pro — $149/month
• Business — $299/month

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and auto-renew each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Settings page; when you cancel, your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for.

5. Refunds

We offer a pro-rata refund within 14 days of your initial subscription. Outside of that window, we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Ledger Tracker for any illegal activity.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service.
• Resell or redistribute the service without our prior written permission.

7. Data Ownership

You own your data. By using Ledger Tracker, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the service to you.

8. Not Financial, Tax, or Legal Advice

Ledger Tracker is bookkeeping software. It is not a CPA, tax, legal, or financial advisory service, and it does not provide professional advice. You are responsible for your tax filings, regulatory compliance, and the accuracy of your records. We strongly recommend consulting a licensed CPA for tax matters.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Lane County, Oregon.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of Ledger Tracker after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
